We ordered a birthday cake a day in advance. They put the things we said should not be in it. They didn't put what we told them to put. When we ask, they know how to say "no sir". If you say so, let's cancel it. I don't even stop by to buy bread anymore.

Absolutely a disgraceful place. We are strangers here, my wife went because of a recommendation. They missed the order he placed for his birthday cake. More precisely, they did not even do it at the agreed time. When my wife went there, they quickly made it and gave it to my wife. The writing on it was sloppy. The whipped cream taste of the exterior took over the entire cake. The cake pattern was mediocre. Don't be fooled, friends, by its appearance! As someone who just moved here, I say don't be fooled. Quality is zero, service is zero, care is zero.

This business has taken a very, very bad taste compared to its early days and is going bad. The bread is not old bread, the bagel has become a complete mess. Milk desserts are also very bad in terms of price performance. Make it at home and eat it for half the price. My advice..

One thing they do does not match the other. I bought cold baklava to be sugar-free, but they added sherbet to it, so we couldn't eat it because of the sugar. When normal baklava got stale, it seemed like they added milk and made cold baklava.

It was not nice to have a place like this and when we wanted dessert, they gave us plastic forks saying "the forks are being washed, there are no clean forks left"... It was not nice at all to have the friend at the cash register talk through the headset while paying the bill.

There is no problem in terms of location and taste, but the problem in Urfa in general is the staff! Everyone who is inexperienced is trying to blame the work on each other, they are working hard, they look tired and bored even in the early hours of the morning.

The bread is delicious, we buy it from here all the time. We went once for a mixed breakfast. The orange juice was very good and the breakfast was delicious. The price was affordable for us.
